I have recently added
interval training to my schedule due to it’s proven benefits. 3 times a week I
complete 15 minutes on either the cross-trainer, running machine, bike or
rowing machine doing the following sequence:-
* 1 minute very slow
pace
* 1 minute as fast as
possible
* 2 minutes very slow
pace
* 1 minute as fast as
possible
* 2 minutes very slow pace
* 1 minute as fast as
possible
* 2 minutes very slow
pace
* 1 minute as fast as
possible
* 1 minute very slow
pace
* 30 seconds as fast
as possible
* 1 minute very slow
pace
* 30 seconds as fast
as possible
* 30 seconds very slow
pace
* 30 seconds as fast
as possible
